Capital Markets Day

Next 15 Group plc (“Next 15” or the “Group”), the data-led growth consultancy, will today host a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts that will be held in London at 2pm GMT.

During the event, management will provide further detail on the Group’s new strategy and priorities, following the actions taken to date to simplify the business, resolve legacy issues and strengthen its operational and financial foundations. Management will also provide an overview of the current market environment and the impact of developments in AI, data and technology on client demand and the Group’s strategic priorities.

The event will provide an update on the Group’s progress in building a focused, connected Next 15 — built on shared strengths in data and technology, driven by entrepreneurial talent, and positioned to lead in the AI-enabled growth era. Updates will also be provided on operational performance, simplification initiatives and the ongoing portfolio review, together with further detail on the Group’s disciplined approach to capital allocation. The event will include presentations from five of the Next 15 businesses.

Additionally, the Group will set out medium-term objectives and update on its capital allocation strategy. These reflect the Group’s confidence in its new strategic positioning, underpinned by a focus on disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and sustainable returns.
