The total number of Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.32 each in issue as at 31^st March 2026 was 704,027,647. As at 31^st March 2026, the Company held 35,643,874 Treasury Shares.

The total number of voting rights was, therefore, 668,383,773.

The above figure, 668,383,773, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CRH plc under the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
