           Worldwide distribution agreement with Elo TouchSystems Inc



Termination of agreement with 3M



ZYTRONIC PLC, the specialist manufacturer of touchscreens and optical filters
for electronic displays, announces an agreement with Elo TouchSystems replacing
3M as worldwide distributor for ZYTOUCH, Zytronic's unique touch screen
technology.  The agreement with 3M was terminated by mutual agreement, based on
the joint conclusions that planned synergies would not be achieved as
anticipated.



Elo TouchSystems, Inc., is the global leader in  touch technology.  ZYTOUCH will
complement their product range. Under the terms of the agreement, Elo Touch
Systems will distribute Zytronic's projected capacitive touchscreen technology
worldwide through its normal distribution channels under the Elo brand name.



ZYTOUCH is ideally suited to outdoor and through-glass public-access
applications such as ATM's, Web phones, ticket machines, industrial displays,
self pay petrol pumps, under counter, and interactive kiosk systems.

The ZYTOUCH Projective Capacitive Technology
