Zytronic plc, a leading specialist manufacturer of touch sensors, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022 (the "Annual Report") is today being published on its website at www.zytronicplc.com/investor-information/finance-and-performance

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "AGM"), which is included in the Annual Report, are being sent to shareholders today.  The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Whiteley Road, Blaydon-on-Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE21 5NJ on 9 February 2023 at 1.00 p.m.
