                    Preliminary Results Announcement Date

Zytronic plc will be announcing their preliminary results on Thursday 14th
December 2000. These results are the first results since their flotation in
June. There will be a presentation to analysts at 12.30pm followed by a buffet
on that date at College Hill, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4.
