Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification today
from M&G Investment Management Limited that Prudential plc and certain of its
subsidiary companies have a revised notifiable interest in 511,581 Ordinary
Shares in the Company held in various nominee companies representing
approximately 3.57% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that Singer &
Friedlander Investment Management Limited has a revised notifiable interest in
1,876,386 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 13.13% of
the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
