Zytronic Plc ('the Company') announces that it has today granted options over
200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at an exercise price of 189p per share to Ian
Lawson, Chief Executive. The options have been granted under the Company's
Executive Share Option Schemes and will be exercisable between three and ten
years after the grant date.
