                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company was notified today that Mr Eldrett, a director of the Company, sold
11,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 22 March
2006 at a price of 77p per Ordinary Share. Following this disposal, Mr Eldrett
is interested in 893,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.46 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

Furthermore, the Company was also notified today that Mr Fairservice, the
Company's Chairman, sold 87,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 22 March 2006 at a price of 78p per Ordinary Share.
Following this disposal, Mr Fairservice is interested in 1,000,752 Ordinary
Shares representing 2.76 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
