                            Director's Shareholding



The Company was notified on 9 November 2007 that Mr Clowes, a non-executive
director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') today at a price of 97.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following
this purchase, Mr Clowes is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing
under 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
