                            Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified today that Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman,
bought 9,280 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 19
April 2006 at a price of 85p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr
Fairservice is interested in 1,019,703 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 2.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
