                        ZOTEFOAMS PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

                                Board Changes



The Company announces that, with effect from 1 July 2001, Bill Fairservice,
Executive Chairman, will step down from the Executive Board to become
non-Executive Chairman.


The Company also announces that Mike Lewsey, Sales and Marketing director, has
resigned from the Board with immediate effect. He has agreed to remain with
the Company for the foreseeable future as a part-time employee on a
consultative basis.
