Update on DVD Game Licenses

Zoo Digital Group PLC 05 April 2005 5 April 2005 ZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC ('ZOO' or 'the Group') UPDATE ON 'WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE?' DVD GAME LICENSE ACTIVITY ZOO Digital Publishing Ltd ('ZDP'), the games publishing division of ZOO Digital Group plc, today announced that it has agreed that Universal Pictures will publish a new and improved edition of the Company's popular DVD game 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' for a third successive year across multiple territories. In addition, ZOO today announced that it has signed further license agreements to publish the game in Germany and Russia. Universal Pictures License Agreement Universal Pictures will publish a new and enhanced version of the 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' DVD game to be released for Christmas 2005 in the UK, France and Australia. Following the success of the Second Edition which sold over 750,000 copies after being released in November 2004, the Third Edition will include a family feature where children can play against adults with special question sets. In addition there will be picture round questions included for the first time. ZOO will generate revenues based on royalties of every game sold. Release in Other Territories - Germany and Russia In Germany, ZOO has signed an agreement with T-Online to publish a new version of the 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' game for the German market, again following the success of a 2004 released game. For the first time the game will also be published in Russia, under a new license agreement with Russian publishing house Novyi Disk which will be released in late April 2005. As with the Universal license agreement, ZOO will generate revenues based on royalties of every game sold.
