Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')



The Company is pleased to announce that at its EGM held yesterday, the
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. As a result, the Placing
detailed in the circular dated 8 May 2003 has been completed, subject only to
admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange. Dealings are expected to commence on 9 June
2003.



The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 0.2p per share and
the total number of ordinary shares in issue following the placing will be
217,770,126.
