ZOO Digital Group plc

("ZOO" or "The Group")

Licensing Agreement

ZOO Digital, the provider of software and software-led services for the filmed entertainment market, is pleased to announce that it has licensed the highly successful Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) to HudsonYards, the premedia division of The CAPS Group.

ZOO's software solutions have generally been sold directly to external content providers, including the major Hollywood studios. The licensing of these products within the trade represents a significant and unexpected area of new business.

Stuart Green, CEO of ZOO, commented "We've generally experienced resistance from within the trade, as our tools generate efficiencies that reduce the amount of chargeable work needed in most situations. However, we are increasingly receiving interest from businesses that are accepting that change is inevitable, and are looking to update their client offering using the latest technology. HudsonYards is a significant player in the premedia market, with an exciting new proposition and expanded facilities in Los Angeles. We're excited to be working with them."

Robert Godwin, SVP of HudsonYards Studio City, commented "The marketplace for the supply of color and localized materials is currently undergoing a revolution. We know that several of our entertainment and packaging clients are seeking faster time-to-market as well as cost management, and they will benefit from the integration of MAT into the premedia workflow. We look forward to using the latest technology and being at the forefront of developing new ideas and best practices for these processes."
