Total Voting Rights

 

ZOO Digital Group plc, the provider of localisation and digital distribution services for the global entertainment industry, announces that, on 9 January 2018, 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were allotted pursuant to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by an employee of the Company.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 20,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 15 January 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 73,613,989. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 73,613,989. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
