The Board of ZOO announces that it received notification yesterday that, as at
26 October 2005, Man Financial Limited had a beneficial interest in 9,647,626
ordinary shares in the Group representing 3.04% of the current issued share
capital of the Group.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
in the Group.
