The Board of ZOO announces that it received notification on 26 September 2006
from Herald Investment Trust plc ('HIT') that, following the purchase of
6,307,692 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company in the recent placing, HIT
hold 29,207,692 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company representing 6.58%
of the current issued share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in
the name of BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited.
