The Board of ZOO announces that it received notification on 4 January 2006 that,
as at 3 January 2006, Man Financial Limited had a beneficial interest in
16,111,217 ordinary shares in the Group representing 5.07% of the current issued
share capital of the Group.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
in the Group.
