The Board of ZOO announces that it received notification today that, as at 8
December 2005, Man Financial Limited had a beneficial interest in 12,865,217
ordinary shares in the Group representing 4.05% of the current issued share
capital of the Group.


The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
in the Group.
