Notifiable Interest


The Company announces that on 2 June 2003 it received notification from Ms Karen
Lee Allaby that she had sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 May
2003 at a price of 2.25p per share representing 1.27% of the issued share
capital.

Ms Allaby now holds 4,016,968 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.55
per cent of the issued share capital.

As a result of the sale, Ms Allaby no longer holds a notifiable interest in the
Company

The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 0.2p each per
share.
