Kazoo3D plc announces that it was informed on 1 May 2001 that Mr John Barnes
and Mr Robert Deri purchased 660,000 shares and 132,000 shares respectively in
the Company, each at 7.5 pence per share. Mr John Barnes is the proposed
non-executive Chairman and Mr Robert Deri the proposed Chief Financial Officer
of the Company if its proposed acquisition of Zoo Media Corporation Limited is
approved by shareholders at the EGM to be held on 11 May 2000.
