                         Director Shareholding


The Company announces that on 1 February 2006 Ian Stewart, Non-Executive
Director of ZOO, acquired 714,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
3.5p per share. Following this transaction Ian Stewart's total shareholding in
the Company is 60,037,155 ordinary shares, representing 18.92% of the current
issued share capital of ZOO.

The shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 0.2 
pence each in the Company.
