DATE OF EFFECTIVE ADMISSION


The date on which admission will become effective and dealings will commence
on the Alternative Investment Market in relation to the readmission of the
enlarged share capital of Kazoo3D plc is expected to be 14 May 2001 and not 11
May 2001 as disclosed in the admission document.
