                            Blocklisting application                            

 
Further to the announcement made on 31 August regarding a grant of options to
its employees, the Board of ZOO Digital Group plc announces that an application
has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of up to a
maximum of 2,265,416 ordinary shares of 15p each.
 

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time
to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's ZOO
Employee Share Trust Limited and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be
granted on 30 October 2007.
