Zoo Digital Group PLC 23 May 2002 23rd May 2002 ZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC At the AGM of Zoo Digital Group Plc held today, 23 May 2002, in Sheffield, Chairman John Barnes made the following statement to shareholders: 'Further to my statement in the Annual Report that the Group is actively looking to enter the video games market in 2002, I am pleased to report that the company has since acquired Digital Worldwide Ltd, which is engaged in the acquisition of rights to publish Gameboy Advance and PC games titles. Digital Worldwide has an initial catalogue of 13 titles and we are aiming to publish six during the second half of this year. We have subsequently acquired two further titles for the Gameboy Advance platform including 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' and this will be published in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain from September. I am also pleased to announce that the Group intends to enter the DVD market, having developed a method for creating enhanced interactive entertainment for DVD players. We have lodged a patent and will report on progress in due course.'
