Rebranding of Acquisitions

Ten Alps Communications PLC 13 February 2002 Ten Alps Communications plc Rebranding of acquisitions Ten Alps Communications plc ('the company') today announces that it is rebranding all of its acquisitions under the 'Ten Alps' name. These include the advertising agencies that formed Osprey Communications plc prior to the reverse takeover in July 2001. 'Our companies are working harmoniously together in offering large clients advertising and event-marketing services,' said Alex Connock, Chief Executive, 'so it makes economic and branding sense to all work under the same banner. Individual clients will continue to be served exactly as before by the hands-on management teams from each of our companies.' Ten Alps RMA will be the new name for Hampshire-based Osprey RMA, whose 20 or so clients include Stannah and Sunsail. Ten Alps MTD will be the new name for Edinburgh-based Osprey Scotland, whose client-base includes Kwik-Fit Insurance Services and Ahlstrom FiberComposites . Ten Alps Pacesetter Events will be the new name for events company Pacesetter, acquired in October 2001, whose clients include EMI, Corus, the BBC and NCR. In events, Ten Alps plans to phase out the Pacesetter brand over an 18-month period. The company's existing event division, which specialises in large fireworks displays for Grand Prix events around the world, has also now been folded into Ten Alps Pacesetter Events. These Ten Alps branded companies will join existing Ten Alps Broadcasting and Ten Alps Films in the group. This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange
