Ten Alps Communications plc ('Ten Alps'), the AIM-listed media group, announces
that it received notification that on 30 July 2004, clients of Caldwell
Associates Limited purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in Ten Alps in the name of
Forest Nominees Limited at a price of 43p per share, representing approximately
1.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of Ten Alps.  Clients of Caldwell
Associates Limited through Forest Nominees Limited now have a notifiable
interest in 4,580,801 ordinary shares in Ten Alps representing approximately
10.37 per cent of Ten Alps' issued ordinary share capital.
