                              Directors' Dealings


The Company was informed today that, Alex Connock, Chief Executive of Ten Alps,
has today sold 420,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at 62.5p per share. Following this sale, Alex Connock has an interest
in 3,223,181 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 5.5 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
