              Ten Alps Communications plc - Director's shareholding


Ten Alps Communications plc ('Ten Alps'), the AIM-listed media group, 
announces that it received notification that on 30 July 2004, Alex Connock, 
Chief Executive of Ten Alps, sold 500,000 ordinary shares in Ten Alps at a 
price of 43p per share, representing 1.1% of Ten Alps' issued share capital. 
He maintains a remaining stake of 3,643,181 ordinary shares, representing 
8.22 per cent. of Ten Alps' issued share capital. The sale of shares was his 
first since the businesses which he co-founded reversed into Ten Alps in 2001, 
and was made to reduce his mortgage.
