AGM Statement

Ten Alps Communications PLC 08 September 2004 For immediate release 8 September 2004 TEN ALPS COMMUNICATIONS PLC RESULT OF AGM ON 8 SEPTEMBER 2004 AND UPDATED TRADING POSITION Ten Alps Communications plc ('Ten Alps'), the AIM listed media group, held its Annual General Meeting at Chichester House, High Holborn, London, at 10.30 am today. All the resolutions set out in full in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21 June 2004 were duly passed. Chairman Brian Walden made the following statement: 'The Group is trading in line with the Board's expectations for the six month financial period to 30 September 2004. Our view for the full year to March 2005 is that, from signed contracts, revenues should be very significantly ahead of last year. New TV projects signed this month include a further series of Jeremy Vine Meets (BBC1), Gridlock'd (Channel 4), and Catherine the Great (US clients) as well as new projects with FIVE. There are also over 10 current productions with the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. In mid-July, the Teachers' TV project began a staged increase in monthly spend towards the full production level, which it is set to reach in October. Finally, acquisitions also remain our aim for the current financial year. We are focussing on adding further factual production expertise to our Group and we are looking at other genres of TV in the UK, such as comedy or drama. Our concentration, as with the last four deals we have done, has been on acquisitions that can be financed out of existing cash flows.'
