The Company has today made application for a total of 106,383 ordinary shares of 2p each ('New Shares') to be admitted to AIM in connection with shares to be issued in line with certain performance targets being met by senior management. 

Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to occur on 5 August 2008.
