A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held in Hangzhou,
Zhejiang, the PRC on Monday, 15 August, 2005 at 10:00am for the discussion and
approval, amongst others, of the followings:-

 1. The unaudited financial statement of the Company for the 6 months ended 30
    June 2005; and
 2. The payment of interim dividend, if any.
