 EXERCISE OF OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION FOR ZEN RESEARCH PLC

UBS Warburg announces that it has today exercised in full
the over-allotment option over 8,275,731 Ordinary Shares
referred to in the Listing Particulars issued by Zen
Research plc on 8 June 2000 and 26 June 2000 relating to
the Global Offer of 55,171,542 shares in Zen Research
plc. These additional shares have been placed with
institutional investors at the Offer Price of 150p
raising additional gross proceeds of approximately £12.4
million.
