Notice of Interim Results and Change of Adviser

Zenergy Power plc will be announcing interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2011 on Friday 12 August 2011.

Zenergy Power plc is pleased also to announce the appointment of Panmure Gordon & Co as Nominated Adviser and broker to the Group with immediate effect.

Simon Cleaver, Chairman, stated:

"We look forward to working with Panmure Gordon and, post the recent re-organisation and Board changes, believe it is the right time to strengthen the team of advisers to help take the Group forward."
