The Company announces that an application has been made for the admission of 287,082 ordinary shares of 1 pence to AIM. This application relates to an issue of shares which the Company is contractually required to make to Bain & Company, Inc. ('Bain') in satisfaction and extinguishment of fees for professional services to be rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of a consulting agreement made between the Company and Bain, dated 31st October 2008.


Dealings are expected to commence on 11th December 2008. These additional shares will, on Admission, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.

(d)     Existing hydro-power sites to upgrade to energy efficient Hydro-generators
