Young & Co's Brewery PLC 18 July 2000 GUINNESS PEAT RESOLUTIONS REJECTED At the Annual General Meeting of Young & Co's Brewery PLC held earlier today, the four resolutions proposed by 10% shareholder, Guinness Peat Group, were overwhelmingly rejected, in each case on a show of hands.
