                             Dividend Payment Date



The AGM on 16 July will be asked to approve a final dividend of 10.55p, a 5%
increase over last year.  This will be payable on 18 July to shareholders on the
register on 14 June and will make a total for the year of 20.35p, 5.4% higher
than last year.
