YouGov, the international online research and data analytics group, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting all tabled resolutions were duly passed. This included the approval of the YouGov plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2023 and the Company's dividend of 8.75 pence per share which will be paid on Monday 11 December 2023 to all shareholders on the register at 1 December 2023.
