                             Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 16 January 2006 Peter Bazalgette, Non-Executive
Director of YouGov, acquired 6,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
300p per share.  Following this transaction Peter Bazalgette's total
shareholding in the Company is 33,667 ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of the
current issued share capital of YouGov.

In addition, the Company announces that on 17 January 2006, Anthony Foye, Non-
Executive Director of YouGov, acquired 6,263 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 317p per share.  Following this transaction Anthony Foye's total
shareholding in the Company is 22,513 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the
current issued share capital of YouGov.

The shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company.
