Following the acquisition by Resmex of Xtract Oil Limited and the recent
appointment of John Newton as Chief Executive Officer, the business and
operational control of the Company are now located outside the United Kingdom,
the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Accordingly, The Panel on Takeovers and
Mergers has confirmed that as the Company's central management is outside its
jurisdiction, The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the Rules Governing
Substantial Acquisitions of Shares do not apply to the Company.
