Result of General Meeting

Xtract (AIM: XTR) announces that at the Company's General Meeting ('GM') held earlier today, the resolution proposed, as set out in the Notice of the GM, was duly passed with shareholders voting 97.55% in favour.

As a result 1,241,418,765 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow, 25 February 2014.
