                                Grant of Options

The Board of Xtract announces the grant of options to its Directors, on 9 July
2007, to purchase an aggregate of 5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company as
follows:

(i) Exercise price of £0.08 per share. These options are exercisable for
    a three year term and expire on 8 July 2010 ;

(ii) Exercise price of £0.10 per share. These options are exercisable for
     a three year term from 9 July 2008 and expire on 8 July 2011 ; and

(iii)Exercise price of £0.12 per share. These options are exercisable for
     a three year term from 9 July 2009 and expire on 8 July 2012.
