                       Director's shareholding

The Company was informed that  Andy Morrison, Chief Executive of  the
Company, has today purchased 500,000  ordinary shares in the  Company
at a price  of 1.6  p per share.  Following this  purchase his  total
holding in the Company is  1.5 million ordinary shares  (representing
approximately 0.2%  of  the  current  issued  share  capital  of  the
Company). All of Andy's  shares in the Company  are held in his  Self
Invested Personal Pension fund.
