Potential disposal


The Company announces that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding
with a party relating to the possible disposal (subject to certain conditions,
including due diligence) of a non-core business division of the Company. Under
the memorandum of understanding, the Company has agreed to grant the other party
a period of exclusivity to conduct due diligence.

A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
