Application has been made to AIM for the admittance to trading of 47,618 ordinary shares. Trading is expected to commence on 9 March 2011.
Following the admission of the 47,618 ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 1,156,393,960 ordinary shares. This figure (1,156,393,960 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
