The Company received a notification on 10 November 2005 from Fidelity
Investments on behalf of FMR Corp, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and
Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The
notifiable interests also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) informing
it that following a change in holdings since last filing of 96,800 shares their
current non-beneficial holding is 1,328,725 shares, representing 6.68% of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The Company's current issued Ordinary Share Capital excluding Treasury Shares is
19,885,296 shares.
