The Company received a notification today from Fidelity Investments on behalf of
FMR Corp, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The notifiable interests also
comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal
Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) informing it that following a
change in holdings since last filing of 536,583 shares their current
non-beneficial holding is 536,442 shares, representing 2.83% of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share Capital, subsequently they no longer have a notifiable
interest.
