The Company received a notification on 11 February 2005 from Fidelity
Investments on behalf of FMR Corp, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and
Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The
notifiable interests also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) informing
it that they have a non-beneficial holding of 1,220,500 shares, representing
6.159% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The Company's current issued Ordinary Share Capital excluding Treasury Shares is
19,815,871
