IFX Power plc (the 'Company')



At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2003, all the
resolutions were duly passed, including the proposal to change the name of the
Company to XP Power plc.



The Company's RIC code will be changed to XPP.L, with effect from the start of
trading on Wednesday 7 May 2003.
