  XAAR PLC (the Company) - BLOCK LISTING OF 300,000 10p ORDINARY SHARES IN 
  CONNECTION WITH EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTIONS SCHEMES

Xaar plc has block listed 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p.  All such shares will
be allotted pursuant to share option exercises under Xaar share Option schemes.
If all such shares are allotted the total issued share capital of the Company
will be 55,901,808 10p ordinary shares.
